Eternity, it's our Choice

One thing in life is certain, that we will all die one day. We don’t know when or how it will happen but we do know we will come to an end and we can’t know when.

Do you understand what that means for you?’
Do you feel confident that one day you will be reunited with those you love?
Do you understand why our world is in spiritual darkness that continues to decline with each passing day?

Most people know little to nothing about God, though many use His name to curse Him when something goes wrong.

But the one increasingly being cursed left us all we need to know help us navigate safely through this maze of life with complete understanding of current times and what is yet to come in the form of the Bible, the most read book of all time.

First of all, though He mostly gets the blame, God is not the author of evil.

Satan had no power over our human race until Adam and Eve fell into deception.
Their choice to believe and act on a lie from Satan regarding fruit from the tree of knowledge activated Satan’s reign of terror on this earth, a reign that may be more alive and well today than at any other time in history!

But in giving Satan permission to try to lure us away from God’s plan for us, God didn’t leave us without hope, He provided our way of escape!
His name is Jesus who says “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6

Through the sacrifice of His son on that cross, God offers us freedom from our fears and failures and victory over all the demons of darkness, allowing us to recognise and acknowledge our need of a Saviour. When we finally ‘get it’ that God isn’t the reason for our troubles we get undeserved freedom from our past and all we’ve ever done wrong and replacing it with the promise of eternity forever with Him. No more sickness or dying, no more darkness and despair, just never-ending peace, joy and security that no matter who or what comes, Jesus is right there ready to help.

Have you made a decision for the end of your life that will give this kind of peace?
Will you see Jesus when you cross over into eternity?

Simply by saying “Jesus forgive me for all I’ve done wrong, I’m sorry for putting my wants and needs before yours, Jesus I need you to be Lord over my life, please come take control and show me the right path to a lifetime of love and kindness with you”.

Be forewarned!
Just like it was man’s decision to go against God’s will that brought sin into the world, man alone (we) are the ones who will determine our destination when we die…

Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life. John 12:25
