Feelings go up and they go down – they can keep us from doing the thing we should do and mess up our lives. But we can do something about what we think, what we say and how we act.

We can think ourselves into a bad mood, we can talk ourselves into a bad mood, we can think and talk ourselves into a good mood. We can do our own thinking.

I can feel totally wrong and still do whats right. We can kill the flesh – just don’t feed it.

We may not be able to do something about what we feel but we can do something about what we say.
Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit – you choose. Proverbs 18:21 MSG

Everyone has been hurt by something or someone. When we get hurt, Satan hopes we’ll stop right there and never move forward. Feelings are a part of our soul and we don’t have to bow down to them.

When we get hurt its our feelings that get effected. We can make right choices while we’re still hurting and we don’t have to live that way.

We all have a choice and the right to choose makes us all equal. If God will do anything for anybody, God will do something for you. Life is not fair but God is a God of justice.

Perseverance, pressing in, pressing on is our choice. People get hurt but thank God we can recover

At the time, discipline isn’t much fun. It always feels like it’s going against the grain. Later, of course, it pays off handsomely, for it’s the well-trained who find themselves mature in their relationship with God. Hebrews 12:11 MSG

God is a rewarder:
So, you see, it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that there is a God and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him. Hebrews 11:6 NLT

If we consistently do whats right we will get the reward.

You can press past the pain right now or decide you aren’t going to live like that any more. I am going to learn the principles of God and be free.

Instead of shame and dishonor, you will inherit a double portion of prosperity and everlasting joy. "For I, the LORD, love justice. I hate robbery and wrongdoing. I will faithfully reward my people for their suffering and make an everlasting covenant with them. Isaiah 61:7-8

Instead of their shame my people will receive a double portion and instead of disgrace they will rejoice in their inheritance; and so they will inherit a double portion in their land, and everlasting joy will be theirs. 8 "For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery and iniquity. In my faithfulness I will reward them and make an everlasting covenant with them.

From Joyce Meyer

The suffering won’t last forever. It won’t be long before this generous God who has great plans for us in Christ – eternal and glorious plans they are! – will have you put together and on your feet for good.
1 Peter 5:10
